How you found us : conversation about dobermans
Comments : I have 2 boy dobermans 6yrs and 3yrs(a rescue). I am almost retirement age and often think about what do I do when my boys are no longer with me. I know I couldn't handle a doberman again given the falls and accidents I have had with my boys, but a Min Pin is likely to be ideal to take us both in to our next stage of doggy life, love, and learning together. in the future years before I'm too old.

How you found us : New Zealand Breeder
Comments : Love the site.I enquired with the only Breeder in NZ that I could find as I love this breed but her wait list is very long so she pointed me in your direction. As you can see by my country it would be a bit of a journey getg a pup to me but I am at a place in my life where I have loads of time to give to a new fur friend so it would be worth it. What is the best way to make contact with a breeder?

Comments : We rescued our beautiful boy Benny when he was 5( he is currently 10) and wondered what breed he was. After investing we are certain he is a min pin due to his look, size and character. We love the breed and would be very happy to rescue another to join our family

Comments : I am canine less at present. Am comfortable with large and small dogs. My last was a smooth Griffon. I would call her Possum eyes. She was an ex show/breeder. I am still looking for my next. I have only ever had one pup and that was my Red Setter who lived until 15 yrs. since then for 50 yrs they were either chosen by me or I was chosen.

Comments : An interesting site with some great information about this breed. I love Min Pins. Rescued one a few years ago and he is a fantastic little dog with huge character. He loves cuddling up on the couch almost as much as he loves doing agility and obedience training

Comments : Thank you for a very interesting and informative site. I have been trying to work out what breed my puppy has in her, apart from the Staffy/cattle dog stated by the Rescue Society. They said "and something small, maybe Chihuahau". She is a very unique little individual with a nature unlike other dogs I have raised and known. I suspect both from nature and appearance (apart from Staffy legs and colour) she may have quite a bit of MinPin. Have organised a DNA test. I have never met one of this breed, but if that is what she has in her line, I am now a serious fan.
